About SDH NRW e.V.

SDH NRW eV is a non-profit organization based in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our goal is to support people affected by poverty, exclusion, and discrimination – both here in Germany and internationally. We are committed to a more just and solidarity-based society in which everyone has the opportunity for a dignified life.

What we stand for:
We believe that social justice is not a question of where you live or where you come from. That's why we're committed not only to helping people in Germany, but also to a better future in the global South—especially Sudan.

Our focus:

• Promoting integration: We help people with a migration background to gain a foothold in German society – through educational opportunities, language support, cultural exchange, and individual support.

• International Projects – Focus on Sudan:
  Poverty and a lack of prospects do not stop at national borders. That's why we are actively committed to improving living conditions in Sudan. Through local projects, we promote education, health, social inclusion, and economic development – in close cooperation with local partners.

• Social commitment:
  We fight against social inequality, discrimination, and structural disadvantage. Through public relations, education, and political impetus, we aim to initiate long-term change.

What drives us:
Our work is based on humanity, solidarity, and the firm belief that everyone deserves a fair chance. Together with our members, supporters, and volunteers, we strive to provide sustainable help – both locally and globally.
